Joanna Morris Secretary

I look forward to welcoming you to Surrey Knee Clinic and assisting you in making an appointment or answering any queries you may have. Having worked in healthcare for 19 years, I understand that making the decision of where to go for expert treatment and advice can be daunting, so I will gently guide you through this process and I aim to make it as seamless as possible.

I live in the Caterham area with my family, but grew up in Balham, Mitcham and Thornton Heath so have a good local knowledge. I have a strong work ethic given to me by my mother who worked for the NHS for over 40 years. I look forward to speaking with you.

Aarti Sharma Practice Manager

Aarti is a Chartered Accountant. She began her career with PwC and then moved to to KPMG. She has excellent attention to detail and helped develop the clinic. She overseas the team, governance processes and helps out as needed. Aarti enjoys CrossFit, other forms of HIIT training, reading and long country walks. 

Dr. Zach Jose Anaesthetic Consultant

Dr Zacharia Jose qualified as a doctor in 1997. Zach did his medical and anaesthetic training in India. He has worked as an anaesthetic consultant at Croydon University Hospital since 2011. After moving to the UK, he completed his anaesthetic training at St. George’s School of Anaesthesia and he also completed advanced Paediatric Anaesthesia training at Great Ormond Street Hospital. His main sub specialty interests are Orthopaedics, Paediatric Anaesthesia and regional anaesthesia (special nerve blocks for pain control). He is the hospital lead for Paediatric Anaesthesia.

Dr Jose has worked with Mr Anand for over six years and has enjoyed developing new techniques to enhance recovery for his knee patients as surgical techniques have evolved. Zach is a keen badminton player. He also enjoys Formula 1 and cricket.
